At Run North West, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your new running shoes or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. For hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments must remain sealed.
Complete the Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or model.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days, notifying you via email.
